Corsetry Project

In RUNWAY 2024, I showcased an original corset design. This project involved highly technical flat patterning and garment construction. I created my seven-paneled pattern to ensure a perfect fit across six different lines of measurement.

Once the pattern was complete, I created a mock-up and marked where adjustments needed to be made. After making the necessary alterations, I created the silk corset using a variety of complex construction methods.
